Senior Software Engineer

Remote

Up to £65k

Unique opportunity to be a Senior Engineer at a fast-paced, digital agency with a drive for good engineering and implementing best practices.

You will have the opportunity to become part of a multidisciplinary, agile team with a huge focus on collaboration allowing you to spend time mentoring and passing on your expertise to more junior developers. About 80% of your time will be spent either in your editor, stand ups or sprint planning, scoping, architecting and designing with the team to include variety in your work.

The other 20% of your time will be split between personal development and working to improve the processes and tooling within the company. This is where you will be able to improve on your own skills, keeping up to date with new software releases and researching new tools/techniques that could be incorporated within the toolchain if deemed worthy. This a chance for you to grow your own knowledge and have a real technical input within the company.
